M/C-T Premium Sheetfed Printing Inks are the result of combining Japanese and American Technology. They are formulated with the finest Japanese printing ink varnishes and raw materials.

M/C-T Premium Sheetfed Printing Inks are manufactured in Kansas City for the high quality printers and designers who want strong, brilliant colors, consistent performance, easy make-ready, fast setting and drying time with excellent ink mileage. These inks achieve color quickly and will maintain it throughout the press run.

Miller-Cooper's TruColor PS process series is a soy based, low VOC brand of inks that offer all-around great pressroom performance. It is optimally suited for perfecting presses and well suited for straight line printing on all multi-color printing presses. The benefits of TruColor PS are great gloss, quick set times, low water pickup and little color variation.

Miller-Cooper's TruColor MC-T mixing colors and PMS mixtures offer you the option of mixing your own PMS colors or ordering mixed Pantone PMS colors delivered to your plant ready for press. Starfire-Fluorescent, Formulated from the STARFIRE Base colors, these inks are a unique combination of ultra-fine, high strength fluorescent pigment dispersed in a rheologically controlled vehicle system. This yields maximum color density and improved printability.

Spinks Inks
An acrylic enhanced non-skinning ink, specifically formulated for small presses. Dries faster and tougher than ordinary rubber-base inks on both uncoated and coated stocks.

Quickset, a premium work and turn oil-base ink. This fast drying, world class ink delivers premium gloss in a smooth running, low tack formulation.

Laser Ink
  • Formulated to resist the extreme temperature of high speed copiers and laser printers.
  • Hard drying, low VOC oil-base, for nonporous surfaces

Supersoya
An environmentally sensitive ink designed like ACRYLIC, to work with all plates, even photo-direct. Dries fast and hard on most uncoated and coated stocks

Sheet Fed Intermediates
Eleven base colors are used to achieve the many colors within the Toyo Color Finder as well as the total color spectrum. You will find these inks are manufactured to the same excellent tolerances as all the other Toyo Inks, and provide outstanding color richness.

Soy Process Series
  • Environmentally friendly, formulated with 20% soy oil
  • Approved by American Soybean Association; carries the Soybean trademark
  • Excellent printing properties similar to our other vegetable-based inks, ES and HyPlus, but has lower VOCs

Aqualess Super Process Series
  • Formulated for high quality sheet-fed waterless printing
  • Available in medium and low tack, with the medium tack having a high CTI (Critical Toning Index) allowing for greater stability on press without toning

  • Quick setting for fast turn around
  • Excellent stability with long runs and color consistency batch to batch

TSP 400 Process Series
  • Designed for printing high quality reporductions of solids and halftones on non-absorbent substrates such as foil, synthetic paper or plastic film
  • Compatible with UV coating and they resist bleeding and color changes when lacquer coated
  • Fast drying with outstanding scuff resistance
  • Excellent heat resistance and high pigmentation

HyPlus Process Series
  • Premium quality formulated sheet-fed commercial ink
  • Manufactured for the printer who is looking for strong contrast and high density while maintaining low dot gain

  • High pigmentation, low water pickup, quick setting with color consistency batch to batch

Mark V Dense Black
  • Has same excellent printing properties as Toyo HyPlus and ES Process Black
  • Formulated with Toyo intermediate bronze blue which gives a blue-black printed result without a bronzing effect
  • Available in vacuum packed containers (2.2 lb. cans)

Mark V SD Black
  • Has same excellent printing properties as the HyPlus, but contains more carbon black, and has a slightly higher tack
  • Produces a sharper choice for a heavy coverage job that has a lot of shadow areas or for a printer who is pursuing real deep black
  • Available in vacuum packed containers (2.2 lb. cans)

Mark V ES Process Series
  • Slightly higher gloss and better stability on press
  • Shows greater latitude of ink/water balance at lower densities
  • Setting and drying times may be slightly longer than HyPlus; and dot gain may be slightly higher at comparable densities
  • High pigmentation and low water pickup
  • Color consistency batch to batch

Mark V SWOP Process Series
  • For paper and board stock
  • Exhibits the same premium qualities as our standard process inks
  • Formulated for commercial press use and are based on SWOP hues
  • The same quick setting properties and features as other Toyo inks
  • SWOP hues, good gloss, low dot gain
  • Color consistency batch to batch

Specialty Colors. This group includes fluorescents, golds, silvers and pearls, as well as resist colors. Specialty colors are manufactured with the high quality that Toyo maintains for all its process colors

Web Intermediates. The 13 base inks are designed to complement the web process series thus allowing customers the ability to match any one of the varied colors from the Toyo Color Finder 1050

Pantone Sheet Fed Base Inks. The 13 base inks are offered to provide Toyo customers with the versatility to mix and match virtually all colors and coordinate all color specifications

Pantone Web Base Inks. These base inks are designed to complement the Pantone mixing system and are intended to allow customers to mix and match colors from the Pantone Color Guide

The Toyo Color Finder 1050 is a creative and technical tool designed to serve the graphic community. The Color Finder is organized into a set of 4 volumes, according to the brightness and saturation of each color. Each hue of color has a tone which can be expressed as light, dark, deep, pale, quiet, etc. The Color Finder applies 12 tones to each hue, with names and typical modifying words to fit the tones.

Every Day Black
Used for general monochrome printing purposes, and was developed through the combination of Toyo technology and American manufacturing processes. Dot gain may be between 3-4% higher than Toyo process black

Van Son Digi-Inks

Unipak Gold & Silver
  • Pre-mixed metallic ink for litho and letterpress printing
  • Available in one kilo (2.2 lbs.) cans, ready to be run out of the can

Heat Transfer Inks
  • Formulated to transfer an offset printed image from the paper to a synthetic fabric via sublimation
  • Involves a physical change of the colored dye from the solid state on paper to a vapor and then back to a solid state, which becomes anchored to the fabric
